Blue and red bands with the arms.
History and symbolism
Blue and red bands, said to unite the leaders of the revolution, carry the arms of the palm tree, liberty cap and trophy of weapons. The flag was born at Arcahaie in 1803 by tearing the white from the French tricolor.
